For the most part of a decade I have been baking full time in our Wedding Cake business started by my wife Gemma back in 2012.  We have always believed in creating products that taste as good as they look.  Returning customers have led us to create this website where all your favourite cakes and cupcakes can be ordered via Click & Collect.  These are collected from Gemma's Cakes HQ in Castledawson.

Always innovating I decided to add Brownies/Blondies and other yummy goods into the mix.  We now offer postal boxes of these.  Postage is available throughout the UK.  They can also be collected from our workshop in Castledawson.

When I'm not in the workshop I'm a busy dad to Olivia & Jack, co-running a busy household, providing taxi's when needed and escaping to the gym 3 times a week.
