Raspberry & White Chocolate Layer Cake

Our ever popular Raspberry & White Chocolate layer cake.  Three layers sponge with raspberries and white chocolate sandwiched together with raspberry jam & vanilla Italian buttercream.  Covered with Vanilla Italian Buttercream frosting and topped with fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings.

Available in a 6 inch layer cake (catering for approximately 15-20) or the larger 8 inch layer cake (catering for approximately 30-35).

Best enjoyed within 3-4 days.
